I visited this branch yesterday. The Banker, Katie, was friendly, helpful and left me with a positive experience.
I love the fact that if your account is in the negative they are willing to work with you and try to help as best as they can, and if your account is in the negative you have a certain amount of time to pay the account up and if you make it within that time frame you are able to have the late fees waived and I think that's a great option the fact that they want to work with you to make sure your accounts or the fact that if you owe them money and you tell them why and their understanding you just got to let them know they'll... read more

What is happening? Line inside is 3 people deep. Someone skipped ahead. Now they are having a conversation. 1 teller. Line at drive up is 3 deep. No one at the drive up. A dystopian nightmare.
ATM never works and the lines are always crazy. I feel bad they are understaffed but I’ve never come here and been satisfied with the experience
