What is happening? Line inside is 3 people deep. Someone skipped ahead. Now they are having a conversation. 1 teller. Line at drive up is 3 deep. No one at the drive up. A dystopian nightmare.
ATM never works and the lines are always crazy. I feel bad they are understaffed but I’ve never come here and been satisfied with the experience
If there’s less than one star, I’ll give this brand less than one star especially this taller employee called Annie. She’s one of the worst employees I ever deal with in the whole entire time that I deal with US Bank. I never had a problem making a cashier check or deposit a check or do any transaction at any US bank branch Except this one I do not recommend anybody to go to this brand even if you have to drive one hour don’t go to this branch. It’s the worst.
Terrible experience working with this location and the fraud department I had check fraud on my account back in July I still have yet to receive my check from US Bank. There’s no sense of urgency a bunch of back-and-forth and almost $3000. I still don’t have terrible experience terrible communication, terrible customer service through and through. I will not be doing business with them any longer after I get my check that is the end of it. US Bank is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with highly do not recommend!!
