Absolutely horrible bank. The app tells you to talk to support than you sit on hold for an hour without ever getting to talk to anyone... Edited since I can't reply... Call me back! I have fraudulent charges on my account and no reasonable way of getting ahold of anyone who can do anything.

We have been customers of this bank branch for decades. I'm sorry to report that customer service has declined dramatically; and the website (to which one is continuously redirected) is not user friendly.
For some reason of all the US Bank branches I find this one particular branch to be most unprofessional, ill trained, and perhaps most mismanaged. I just stoped by to make a deposit at the drive through. The (tall heighted) teller seemed absolutely tired, exhausted, and in professional; almost not even wanted to be there. Seemed like he basically was forced. Highly unprofessional. Pathetic and border line soon to be unemployed.
My boo went there to update her accounts, and she had a blast. Didn’t realize going to a bank could be that fun, but here we are. 5 stars! Would give more but the man doesn’t allow for that.
