Great customer service! Very personable attention every time we visit!
Today I visited this branch between 12:30pm to 1:00pm and I asked the teller to deposit the money, I gave the money and I said "it is that much" he took the money put the machine that counts and he said you are right it is the amount you said it was. While he was working on his computer to deposit and the money still was on the counter next to the machine I remembered that I gave him $200 more than I told him and I asked him how much he said the money was and he replied that much without the $200 extra ,I told him the money ... read more
Company tends to lies about what is or isn't an overdraft fee or compounds fees for those who go over. Was billed three separate overdraft fees for one infraction, costing me 100$ in fees. They wouldn't even give me advise on how to approach the issue until I get my account back in the clear. I understand that when you go over -50 in the account that you incur fees per transaction.
