US BANK has THE WORST Fuad prevention dept. my wallet got stolen and due to them mis entering the claim as a dispute instead of a fraud I have not gotten my money back. Have talked to the fraud dept 2x/wk for the last month. Will be moving my money as there is zero trust now in a bank that can’t help you with a fraud claim properly.
I gave this high rating because of the professionalism and expertise of the staff at this branch. They were knowledgeable in addressing all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend that each of them be recognized and rewarded for their excellent service.
