Would give negative stars if I could! All I've got from this bank was several mistakes which made me regret the decision of leaving BOA and transfer my assets to US Bank! From misspelled/wrong address in check books (they were redone 3 times and the last one still came wrong!) to a wrong name requested credit card (names don't match so it cannot be added to the mobile app, cannot check statements or even make a payment)! After requesting a new card with the right name and 1h on the phone, it still doesn't work! I don't even ... read more
