I ran in to make a withdrawal. The banker asked why the withdrawal but in hindsight I know it was to make sure I wasn't in a scam situation. He gave me guidance on where to look for a good CD rate. He was overall very helpful!!
Trying to set appointment in office to go over multiple concerns I have with US Bank. When you call it gives you two options. One for directions and location and a second option - which no matter what you say just hangs up on you. Pathetic! Updated review: After 6x of getting hung up on, I said "open new account" to the automated menu and magically someone answered. Then of course when I told him I wanted to set up appointment to review my accounts he said they were busy and they would have to call me back. What a sham.
Worked with Melanie, Josh and Daniel at different times. All 3 were friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service seems to be a priority at this branch from my experience. CD rates were the best in the area which led me to USbank in the first place. Well done Pickerington Team!
This is the slowest branch EVER! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location!! Unless you enjoy sitting in line all day..
