You can't even call the bank directly, they redirect you to the national call center. 2 times I tried to get help with a unidentified transaction. First time while on hold for 5 minutes, they just hung up, the second time i was put on hold and they just hung up and know its not the network. It sure seams like they're trying to aviod customers at all cost. They don't care about their customers, Im closing my accounts.
US Bank is back to one teller and long waits in line, the person waiting ahead of me agrees that this is just ridiculous and another gal came in, saw the line and turned around and walked out! People with back issues cant handle waiting for long periods standing in line! You could do better US bank!!

US Bank has been so much better on the wait times, they always have another person come when there is a line of any amount, even if it’s just one person waiting, I truly appreciate that! Thank you to the people who work at us bank! :) Back to lines and one teller, ugh!! Waiting about 1/2 hour to make a quick deposit, ridiculous!!
