I love banking here, but I wish they would have more than one teller. I don’t go in much but every time I have gone in they only have one teller and inevitably an issue of one sort or another happens and I end up waiting for at least 20 minutes which can be frustrating. Today I was looking around to see if a chair was close by. Ugh
Favorite US Bank branch. The staff is awesome. Real, everyday down to earth people. Great lobby tunes, access to business bankers, investment advisors and mortgage lenders.
I’ve never been to a place of business, PARTICULARLY a bank, that doesn’t allow its customers access to a restroom. My four year old was desperate. The teller suggested I put her back in the car and drive to a gas station. I found out after the fact I had also been covered in blood at the time and needed a restroom. I came and asked for help and was refused. Amazing compassion and customer service.
Minimal staff and open few hours. Drive through is now permanently closed. Inside banking closed from 1-2. Other than online banking they sure don’t cater to the customer.
