Great experience with Kelly today. Possible fraud on my credit card. Asked Kelly to see if my card was still active and he worked with the fraud department. And the result was he got the fraud cleared from my card account. Excellent service.
I was a recent victim of the Zelle scam/fraud that is going around. After spending many hours on the phone I decided to come into my favorite branch to make an appointment to see what else I could do. Dilie was able to take me right then and she was so kind and compassionate. Thank you so much Dilie for helping this shook up lady get all of her financial affairs in order! I will be back to the same branch and to see Dilie for all of my future banking needs!
Excellent service received from banker Gregory Henry. I was in the middle of a live fraud/scam issue with an individual on my mobile phone who said she was with Zelle. I walked up to a teller and told her I needed a banker immediately and Gregory came out to get me. He listened intently to my story and then proceeded to confirm I had been scammed by the individuals who said they were not only reprensenting Zelle but with the U.S. Bank Fraud Dept.
