I visited the bank branch to deposit cash and these fools are asking me for my ID. I don't understand when I have my debit card with me and I know my ATM PIN, why do I need to share my ID? I went to Citibank and deposited the cash without any ID. I just gave my Citibank Debit card and validated myself using the card. No need for an ID. Drive here to use ATM and it's not working. This is a huge waste of time and extremely unprofessional. How many banks can survive providing this incomplete service? How many weeks will go by until they get a standard fixed?
I have been coming to this branch for over last 4 years. Bank officers - Gracia, Jay and Ayesha are very professional and pleasure to work with. They are happy to solve whatever issue I bring in and they solve it with a big smile. Keep up the good work.
