This is a great, friendly bank. There are usually 2 tellers on duty, but that is pretty much the same for Bank of America, Citibank, etc. The tellers are friendly and helpful. The manager, Pablo is very helpful and courteous as well. We enjoy banking here.

Pablo, a manager at this branch, has not returned my phone calls despite multiple attempts. I have called him 3 times and left messages with Vanessa, but he has not responded. My last call was at 4:45 PM, and I was informed that he had already left for the day. This is not the first time I had issues with this manager.
Full service branch here, and the staff is very friendly & helpful. It's in the same plaza as H-mart.
