Made an appointment for 1055 the person I made the appointment with wasn’t there. This is the second time She has done this. And she is the assistant manager. Drove from an hour away to make this appointment. If she wasn’t going to be available then block out the time so people don’t waste their time!

Count your quarters people!! My mom has been withdrawing quarters for laundry and we normally do not check. I was bored and I counted her quarters and each $10 pack had $9.75. She withdraws $200 worth of quarters every month. Not good. So sad they would do this to an elderly lady of 87. I am so disappointed in US Bank. I am trying to call them and I am still on hold after 15mins.
