Absolute worst bank I've ever used
This, like many us bank branches, is about a decade behind in terms of technology, customer service, and overall banking. I’d recommend to all my friends and family to avoid this branch as well as us bank overall. I will be closing my account very soon because of consistently very poor customer service in every branch i go to.
A new business account was just opened and they said that none of our checks would be available for 10 days!!! Never told that up front
