I first talked to Tim when we were looking into the possibility of getting a construction loan for a partially finished house for sale. It turned out US Bank did not do these type of loans but Tim was still very knowledgeable about this type of loan and was able to point us in the direction of another local lender that would finance this unique situation. This was my first home buying experience, and Tim explained everything very clearly and made it super understandable, communication was great (would get back quickly and after hours if needed), and I felt like he was on my side the whole time. I would most definitely recommend Tim (and will be!).
Timothy was extremely competent, friendly and helpful with throughout the entire mortgage process. Even when he wasn’t going to be available in the office, he sent me ways to get in touch in case of any emergency.
