Scott of course has immense expertise in loans, but beyond that he is thorough, responsive, and attentive. It can be a long process to secure financing and you want to work with someone who is a really great teammate in getting you across the closing finish line. I cannot recommend Scott enough; he is the loan officer you need. Also, US Bank had the most competitive rates of all of the banks we looked into.
Scott Smith was absolutely superb to work with!! Hands down the best Loan Officer EVER! If there were 10 stars, he'd get it. He was very diligent, prompt, knowledgeable and competent. Scott worked with us with very short notice on a transaction we were told could not be funded from another Lendor. Scott was referred to me by a good friend; he jumped right on it, got us approved and with a MUCH better rate than we originally were told by first Lendor.
Scott is simply amazing. My wife and I had so many questions and special circumstances. Scott was with us from the beginning to the end. He is very responsive, professional, and very experienced. I highly recommend you consider him for your next loan!
