Phil was extremely professional and knows his information well. He communicated clearly and was always open to answer any questions I had. Unlike workers who prioritize personal life and work balance, he always made time for my calls even on weekends.
Phil was unprofessional, gave me wrong information that he mixed up with another one of his customers. I had to reach out to him for information every time, and was going blind through the entire home buying process with him. Furthermore, he lied to me about PMI dropping off automatically once I recast my mortgage. Now I am stuck paying for another appraisal and additional fees. Stay away from this guy. It's a shame because I have used US Bank for everything and never had any complaints until my dealing with Phil.
Would not recommend working with Phil, he was at a different bank and he called at his new job with info I provided to another institution. Not very professional and he didn’t communicate well.
