If zero stars were allowed, i would apply that to this Bank. They are either closed at inopportune times, or their atms do not provide cash. Currently they are an inconvenience, why have an atm if we have to get out and go in to the branch just to get your money out of your account.. Porterville Branch always has issues, I have never had a bank cause me such issues. Atms will be out of order every time I need to put cash in my account. Horrible experience, it was 5x better when it was run under the name Union Bank.
Lines are l9ng. Not enough tellers during peek hours.
