This is the WORST bank I have ever seen. The only reason I work with them is because I have to deposit a check to someone there. If it was my account, I would move it elsewhere. They rarely have the lobby open when I come and continually cut down their hours (I have come at different times and days to try to avoid this, but it is a regular thing for them.) The manager has been great. Gave me a great deal on a car loan. Then the next time I went in for help they stayed late to take care of everything I needed. Showed me how to make my money work for me and it worked! I recommend this bank! Caring people!
Plan on sitting in drive through for an hour. This is absolutely inexcusable.
Very slow at window!! Don't matter what time of day Very disappointed!! I have never been so disappointed with us bank!!
