Awful costumer service!!!! I made a deposit & since the ATM is acting up they will not add to my account. I have to fill out a claim with no guarantee I will have it added. They also said if it would overdraft I would be responsible for any coats.
Do not use this bank. We had nothing but problems with this bank from day one. After having the account for a couple of months, we are moving to another bank. This bank does not care about there customers. They screw something up and act as if it is not a big deal. My wife got stuck on a business trip across country due to there mistake. The account was opened in Cali and we live in Ohio. While she was in Cali, they put a fraud alert on her card. She could not pay for her hotel or her airfare.
