Worst and most embarrassing experience ever. I applied for a lot loan back in January, I was applying together with my partner. Before applying we asked the loan officer if US bank will require a K-1. since we got denied before (different bank) due to my partner k-1 we just want to make sure we wouldn't have any issues this time. The loan officer answer was NO. We give 1000 dollars on earnest money the sellers, plus we paid 395 us bank fees.
