This company has gone way downhill. The online banking system is one hurdle after another, the latest being the Zelle system for money transfer. They've lost a $700 transfer to me and it is going on 10 days of being unresolved. The money was taken out of the account (also a US Bank account) of the person paying me and then just... disappeared.
