Im a very kind person that minds my buisness and tries to be a better person in this world of hate. I come into this branch almost every Friday to cash my check and I do not have an account nor do I want one. I appreciate the offer but I dont need it, I have one goal and that's to simply cash my checks. I see the same faces weekly and I always get a bad vibe and attitude from the teller LENA. This is a long-overdue review. I’ve been banking at this branch for over 10 years, back when it was still Union Bank. Customer service has consistently been outstanding, and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for any transaction. Kristine Abdelmalak, the branch manager, is truly exceptional! She’s not only highly experienced but also always cheerful and willing to assist with any issue, big or small.
