Not the same bank.They keep taking away more services that I used to count on. Having a notary and not being able to use it for other business. When other US banks in Oregon and Washington do. Was upset to find out that they don't have a coin counting machine. When most banks do, tell me if I wanted to use theirs I would have to go to their Berkeley branch.
