Unlike other local branches of US Bank, where we have had several accounts for years, this branch is extremely well managed with courteous, competent and friendly staff. Especially, Tamria Henderson, who was much more competent, conscientious (and patient) than even her branch manager, as we updated multiple accounts at her desk over a pretty intense hour or so. Absolutely branch manager talent, that Tamria.
One of the tellers is exceptionally slow, barely speaks english, and generally incompetent at her job
Terrible service. No one andwers phone . Asked to have Bank manger call me. No responded. Have to talk to computer phone. Nothing like good old union bank. .
