Great location excellent customer service
Lady at the dirty white cloth podium was super smily but completely unhelpful. Instead of asking why I was there she just made me wait a half an hour before telling me that she couldn’t help me until next week. So then I went to my car and called the main U.S. Bank line and they told me they could do a wire transfer over the phone. The lady wanted me to come back the next week for an appointment with a special banker. Lame
It’s my first time to go into this bank branch and the client relationship Consultant III Jonathan Aldana was very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything to me. The branch manager was very friendly and nice as well.
Would honestly leave a 0 star if it were possible. I've had a secured credit card with this bank for over a year and recently declined. Waited 2 hours on hold to speak with verification dept just to be informed my account was closed due to suspected fraud. No warning no calls that was it acct closed. That's just the beginning. Stay far away from this bank as possible. Plenty of other banks that can be accessed just as easy. Customer service is terrible and can never give a straight answer.
This is an amazing branch. Today I had an exceptional experience with a service provided in "record time". I had to be somewhere urgently. I was in and out of the bank in 4 minutes. They truly understood the urgency and took great care of me. I have been a customer here for 5 years and these folks keep getting better! Thank you Jonathan, Ngoc, and Marius. I appreciate you delivering exceptional service for your wide range or products. Keep up the great work.
