Always friendly and always helpful!
Recently switched over to try US Bank. Made a deposit in person and was going to withdraw but I didn't need to as I had some available balance. Ok great. However I tried to buy food later $15 declined multiple times. I call customer service and there's a restriction on my account. And to add further insult they could of told me in person but didn't. Why would you lock an account with my money to try and use even some of my available balance? Especially after depositing in person with my ID. Shady bank and shady tellers. Goin... read more
Great location excellent customer service
Lady at the dirty white cloth podium was super smily but completely unhelpful. Instead of asking why I was there she just made me wait a half an hour before telling me that she couldn’t help me until next week. So then I went to my car and called the main U.S. Bank line and they told me they could do a wire transfer over the phone. The lady wanted me to come back the next week for an appointment with a special banker. Lame
It’s my first time to go into this bank branch and the client relationship Consultant III Jonathan Aldana was very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything to me. The branch manager was very friendly and nice as well.
