Changing my review. Nick Hofmeir is a banker there and was at front when I came in. He has no customer skills and was very rude. I will be taking this higher. And now we know why this branch has 2.7 Google stars and is going down quick. Way to go Nick! Update: THIS BRANCH NEEDS to work on their customer service skills. Even with 1 bad banker gone, the tellers aren't very friendly. Read the reviews, as 1 to 2 stars MEANS horrible business practices. Someone needs to come into this location and clean house. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Hardly ever have to wait in line either inside or in the drive through. I've been with US Bank over 40 years.
