US bank the alameda branch in San Jose, he paid off two of his credit cards from his saving account, than find out the put a freeze on his acct for 10 days he was pissed as hell. I went to this Branch this morning for the first time. It was near a location where I was having my car serviced. I was not sure how much cash I could take out of the ATM machine so I went inside the bank. I walked up to a woman teller that was available and the look on her face was not very welcoming. I told her I wanted to withdraw $520 on my ATM card because I was not sure how much I could take per day from the ATM machine.
