Great customer service
The transition from Union Bank to US Bank has not been smooth. New policies have made banking with them a bit of a headache. They use to take checks early, but not any more. Not if you don't want to risk putting your account in the negative. Edit: The headaches continue. It's becoming apparent that it's the way US Bank does things that is the problem. Strongly considering finding a different bank.
