We had a great experience at this U.S. Bank branch. The branch manager, Eugene, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service!
They sneakily charged me a fee on a simple transaction without informing me beforehand of any such fee. I will not be returning here.
