They have a man that works there, that made me feel uncomfortable because I was feeling someone would feel if another was attracting to them n prison on a dark night and they had been in jail for 39 years if that makes sense. Very uncomfortable
First teller as you walk in, blonde hair, extremely rude! I walked out deciding to deposit my check at my home bank due to the horrible customer service. Everyone else at the branch was kind and helpful, as if they’re used to her behavior. Shocking how angry and dismissive she was towards me for absolutely no reason. Please do NOT come, open an account here you will end up with 4 accounts just like what happened with Wells Fargo, because I had 4 account at US bank.. And they stated they never get in contact by phone yet I have phone records stating otherwise. I went in to the branch to close my account because I wasn’t able to access my account but hackers were able to access my account and removed $180. They would not return my money. I've been with U.S. Bank since it became U.S. Every branch I have visited has been Except the Tulare branch. Worst branch to date. If I wanted to deposit my money thru the ATM in 107 degree weather don't you think I would have done so! I like to see my cash change hands not dump it off in a machine. Also hassles over cashing checks. Better off driving to my home branch in Paso Robles. Today I have learned my lesson. I won't be back!
