You guys should really re train your staff and how they talk to people it not my problem if your staff is having a bad day. Seems like a recurring issue based on the rest of your reviews.
I have been coming here once in a while for the last 6 years and the staff is usually very kind and respectful. Last time I spoke with someone I hadn't seen before named Flores. She was very rude, and she went out of her way to offend me. Please get rid of her.
