Came in to open a business bank account. Lady started talking to me then changed her mind because they closed in 30 minutes and said they don’t let them stay after. Sounds like she just wanted to go home and didn’t want to stay an extra 5-10 minutes. Missed out on my business I guess. I’ll check out another bank
Have had US bank for years. Love the tellers at all of the branches I've ever been to but this is the one we usually go to.
Always friendly, always helpful above and beyond the proverbial checks and balances. Reality, small staff, but very efficient. Will go above and beyond to be helpful and safe in all your accounts.. what the best options for whatever type of accounts you’re looking for. I believe it is close on weekends
Great customer service and friendly staff
I walked in the bank, and was rudely profiled. The teller said she was verifying my check and could not reach my manager. My manager is the owner, and she never called him. I felt targeted, and it was a small check amount. I don't know why should treat me so rude, maybe it was my appearance. I am very disappointed about the treatment I received.
