Manager is rude and dismissive. Left and went to the Chase across the street and had a much better experience.
Excellent service and very helpful with personal and business banking needs
After having a terrible experience with Wells Fargo (being a customer for 20 years with them) I decided to transfer my accounts to US Bank. Their customer service is outstanding and each employee has been extremely professional. Hidden gem!
This place feels ancient and archaic. I made an appointment to see a banker and when I arrived “on time” he was already assisting someone else. The banker “Brian” was rude and dismissive.
