I regret banking with US bank. Somehow I got hit with 900 dollars on late fees even though I was on autopay. I included screenshots of my statements. The 24 hour line doesn’t answer questions on car loans. Please don’t get scammed like me. Still don’t understand how that happens. The only bank I’ve ever had this happen with. They somehow retroactively hit me with a ~900 dollars fee in between June and July. My minimum payment went 440 for June to 1800 in July. I paid early in June.
