Fraud on my account that US Bank didn't catch, had to close my account and open a new one. They did not tell me the fees doubled! I assumed it was the same fees as my old account which I was never charged. Now I am paying $12 A month unexpectedly for each account. They never brought up the fees at all. My fault for assuming it was the same. Looking for fee free banks now after 20(?) years with US Bank.
The clerk was very courteous and helpful.
Closed before closing time, AND they wanted 7 dollars to cash their own check. This is my second experience with this bank (at a different location, the first time). I will not waste my time at any US bank, again. The credit Union is slow, but, at least, it is owned by US, AND they are extremely pleasant, AND, best of all, the money is kept by US, the members, not banks (which manipulate the economies). Yeah, no more wasting my time at any bank, especially US bank. P.s. Oh, yeah, and my credit Union has WAYYYYY better rates.
