I went in to cash a tribal check. I dont have an account, but the check was drawn with US bank which I know sometimes comes with a fee. The teller did explain and I did make it known that I understood this. While conducting the transaction the teller began her "sales pitch" which i completely respect. While giving the details of the account requirements she assumed that I wouldn't meet the direct deposit requirement. Really awesome and nice people super helpful. Great experience. Also the manager super nice too totally can relate.
Worse staff ever! Most are these days. Greetings go a long way! Waiting in line and not being greeted for awhile, long enough for me to leave without being helped. I think I need to look into changing banks. I might possibly of had enough of the horrible staff at multiple locations in my area. I was just trying to deposit a check. Thanks for nothing!
