Came in during regular hours. Branch only has two customers. Branch only has one Teller working. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Got nowhere. Banks like this waste people's time, especially when just trying to make a quick transaction during a work break. Left to another branch.

Great branch and wonderful customer service.
I visited this branch for the first time, and since my business was relatively straightforward, I didn't make an appointment. There was no guiding staff, and there were only two tellers and one banker. While waiting in the lobby, a teller from the middle window approached and asked if he could assist me. The teller who helped me was truly efficient, handling the task quickly, and displayed courtesy and friendliness. He is an excellent employee.
