While it sometimes seems that visiting a bank branch in person has become an anachronism, when I come in to this branch on occasion, I'm reminded of how a personal, friendly, and knowledgeable interaction with the staff can do so much to make a great impression. I often go to this branch as I am always looking for coins to do laundry. I want to say I love the employees here. They really know how to put the customer in customer service. I was just there recently to make a withdrawal and had the best experience talking throughout the process with Lolita Envia who apparently has been working at the bank for 25 years. I am glad that this is my local branch.
