I have been banking with USB for 21 years. Today for the first time I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff by coming in for help to look up some transactions. This has never been a problem before. But Cindy here, not only did not know how, was not interested in finding out, and when she finally did, she was not only incompetent but also quite bothered by having to do this little work.
