The branch manager, Lolita Envia ( I hope I got the name right), was extremely professional, cared about customers so much, and was probably one of the best bankers I met for decades. I called in regarding an issue that's less likely going to bring her any immediate credit ( like opening a bank account etc.) so my expectation was pretty low but she went out of her way to call the back offices and me multiple times to really understand the issues and explain to me about how to navigate this through.
