Jefderson please, if a customer tells you that the ATM isn't working, put up a sign that it's out of service. Don't be lazy and act like someone should know that the ATM isn't working cause no, we don't know. Jefferson Prado communication to customers is important don't assume we know you are helping someone else when we are in the drive thru and we cant see you are helping someone else in the lobby. I had a car loan with US Bank and wanted to setup online payment. In the morning I went to one of store in bloomington and the lady told me that something from bank with my account number. Then in the afternoon, I went to the 3600 lake St with that information. My goodness, the two gentlemen I met with were extremely rude and didn’t want to help me. One of them printed out a $99,000 loan just to stop the conversation. This is my first experience with US Bank and I hope one day I will be over with the loan.
Been here a few times these guys are frequently rude for no reason/ don’t acknowledge or greet customers when they walk in. Seems like the company culture is to be as unwelcoming as possible.
Came in on a Saturday recently and several people were ahead of me. It was still less than a five minute wait, and despite a rude customer ahead of me the banker was kind and good humored. Happy to discover this location since it's convenient to other errands I run.
