Jefderson please, if a customer tells you that the ATM isn't working, put up a sign that it's out of service. Don't be lazy and act like someone should know that the ATM isn't working cause no, we don't know. Jefferson Prado communication to customers is important don't assume we know you are helping someone else when we are in the drive thru and we cant see you are helping someone else in the lobby.
