Best bank in town!
The transition from Union to US Bank has been very rocky for us. We have multiple accounts, personal and business. We are no longer able to make deposits by phone, something we did regularly. Stopping in in-person, 3 times, has provided no solution. Last visit, they took our name and phone number and promised a call back. That was a week ago.
