Resulta que voy a aser mi pago de cada mes y en lugar de aser el pago lo deposito y alos 2 días me doy cuenta que no se iso mi pago y regreso y no pues tuve que volver aserlo siendo que no fue culpa mía y a ora estoy mirando que aparte de que tengo pago tarde tengo que pagar 30 más por pagar tarde cuando no fue mi culpa pésimo servicio.
We havehad nothing but bad experiences with this branch. They dont really listen or help find solutions. I have no issues with us bank or even the branch I opened my accounts at they are all wonderful and helpful I have to call them every time I have a issue with this branch to get help. I think they just need better training here. Its sad when the closest branch to you just act short and rude when your trying to figure things out and find solutions.
I love this branch. Karissa is always helpful and friendly. She truly is an asset to the company, and I couldn't recommend a better person to handle all your banking needs.
