Im a local business operator and I use this branch as well as the Wards Corner Kroger branch. I have never received anything but top notch service and kindness. I have health issues and walking inside is a task for me sometimes, so I use the bank drawer in the drive thru. I have sent several hundred daily deposits and transactions to many different tellers over the 11 years and have never had any issues. That where we go and pay our Rent to our house.
Worst branch for any bank! Went through the drive through while they are closing, lady shorted me 500$ from what I withdrew. I couldn’t go back that day cuz they were closed now as she was shutting the window. I counted my withdrawal and it was short 500$! They then did all corporate stuff to tell me the clerk counted it correctly and they watched the tapes. They basically blamed it on me and said I shouldn’t have drove away without counting it….well your clerk shut the window on me. Absolute worst
People there are trying to be helpful, but seem to be untrained in Money-Market account requirement. Deposited money to get the advertised interest, and went back 3 times with the account still in ‘review’. Close to 3 weeks with no resolution and bottom level interest. Supervisor/manager is not at the branch, so a phone call was done every time. ‘We will get back to you’ was a repeated statement. 2 stars because the people are trying, but seem to lack access to proper training.
