Horribly slow service. Like the worst every time we have to go.
Why have a phone number if you are just going to tell customers to call an 800 number?
Im a local business operator and I use this branch as well as the Wards Corner Kroger branch. I have never received anything but top notch service and kindness. I have health issues and walking inside is a task for me sometimes, so I use the bank drawer in the drive thru. I have sent several hundred daily deposits and transactions to many different tellers over the 11 years and have never had any issues.
