Didn't help me didnt even bother to help me when customer service send me there they look at my account the teller woman with glasses didnt let me talk to branch manager she tought that my situation was funny they need hire other people Go to the branch on western they are nice they have good coffee have great customer service
Don't help you at all smirking around not even on the one Palos verdes on western act snotty like that not dress professionally they need hire new staff I always use the atm first time talking to teller worst experience ever
We were customers of Union Bank who was bought out by US Bank. We were so happy to find Jerilyn (sp) as the manager in the San Pedro branch. Her staff treats you like a small town bank customer, always courteous, polite, well trained etc., a total reflection of the management style of Jerilyn. SHE'S A KEEPER!
