After half a year of phone calls and promises from at least 4 different phone representatives, they are now unwilling to grant the cash bonus for my credit card! DO NOT bank with them or get their Credit cards! It’s a fraud!

Update: They seem to be clearing the snow now! Thank you for being a part of the community. This Bank NEVER clears their sidewalks of snow and ice. Almost every business and building in the surrounding area has not problem with this simple task. This is over the last 4 winters of walking by semi-weekly.
