New customer at bank within the last 3 months. Great people and willing to help me out the last two times I was there. Waving cashier checks fees
I have my law firm business account here (for now), and my accountant discovered a $5000 error on their part. After two hours on the phone, and 30 minutes in-person, they finally credited my account for $5000.00. I'm really unsure what happened since I couldn't understand the manager very well due to a language barrier-hopefully it wasn't an inside job of somebody trying to defraud me. So rude I almost closed my account. for real don't go here if you can't control your temper well
***Do NOT bank with US Bank!*** (Not pertaining to this branch) Their phone representatives will trick you into signing to for new credit cards during account transfers and promise that you will get cash bonus after you meet criteria. After half a year of phone calls and promises from at least 4 different phone representatives, they are now unwilling to grant the cash bonus for my credit card! DO NOT bank with them or get their Credit cards! It’s a fraud!
