I had an excellent experience with this bank. The service was always fast, friendly, and professional. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Please fix the vestibule door so it will read cards and allow access to the ATM. In the winter, it's understandable, but not when it's 75°.
Mostly positive. I really was in need of help for why my card was declining payment called other in on card. There was a tsa. Decline ed at the airport which held up everything else as I said I had to go to a US Bank take my money out and get a Visa to pay my electric bill. What a lot of time wasted 2days.

I have my law firm business account here (for now), and my accountant discovered a $5000 error on their part. After two hours on the phone, and 30 minutes in-person, they finally credited my account for $5000.00. I'm really unsure what happened since I couldn't understand the manager very well due to a language barrier-hopefully it wasn't an inside job of somebody trying to defraud me.
