Horrible service. They don't treat the customer right unless they're white or Asian. Definitely not worth going to this branch

The first few days after I downloaded their app, it was working. Then Zelle stopped working. Then the next day, I couldn’t even get into the account through the app. I’ve been going to this branch for two weeks trying to get this fixed. The woman helping me told me there’s only one person in the entire company that could fix my problem. That person works back east and goes home at 3 PM Monday through Friday.
