They get one star for the staff being nice when you a lucky enough to get some help. Otherwise if you need to go into the bank, or have to call with a question, dont go here. No one to help you and no one even acknowledges you if you walk in. No one answers the phone. There are no tellers and only ever two people working. If you are not capable of hiring more staff to provide enough service for those of us banking here and expect us to go online then close the branch. I have had several very positive experiences at this branch of US bank. We don’t need to go into the bank often but when we do, the staff has been great. Very attentive, professional, and friendly. It is also easy to reach a local person by phone if needed. Happy with this bank branch.
Walked into this branch to withdraw money and there was no one working teller line. I was told I could wait or go through drive through. Not one teller working at windows. Absolutely horrid service everytime I deal with this branch.
Trying to get someone to answer the phone at the branson west branch is impossible! My statements are continually late and drive up lines are long! My time is as valuable as yours. I am a bookkeeper for a small business that has the misfortune of using USBank in Branson West MO. Who seems to only have 2 people working at any given time. I am glad I don't personally use this bank and recommend anyone I know not to.
