Someone from this branch called me yesterday (I didn't answer) and left a VM. Yesterday was my C/D maturity date, I log into my account today and see my C/D auto renewed without my authorization. I called into U.S Bank customer service todau to confirm that someone from this branch made UNAUTHORIZED changes to my account. Luckily Customer care corrected this issue.

Somehow my review was deleted so I am leaving a new one. Nice people at this bank BUT this bank will close your account and hold your money AND won't talk to you about a resolution. My Mother is dead and they have taken the money I need to pay her bills. I have been ghosted by this bank for over a month now. Getting collection calls but can't pay. DO NOT trust this bank with your money. Chris Richmond from their social media department will ghost you while telling you he wants to help.
