I went in to the lobby today to make a withdrawal. When asked how I could be helped, I said I would like to take out money. The teller immediately said “Is there a reason why you rushed past the ATM and didn’t take it out there?” A bit stunned by her approach, I pointed out that there was someone at the ATM, without telling her that the amount that I wanted to withdraw was over my limit.
