Terrible customer service. My son and I came into this branch to open up my son’s first checking account upon entering, the banker Elvia Flores had no intention in helping us. She told us we needed an appointment when at the time we arrived it wasn’t busy at all and there was another teller/banker available to help at the teller windows. My review concerns U.S. Banks’ ATMs that are dreadfully displaceable and function as robbers with no gun as they took the money I deposited twice! U.S. Bank’s ATMs are so untrustworthy and error-prone that every ATM should be outlawed and shut down city-wide until they replace their ATMs with ones that won't steal customer’s deposits.
