My wife and I have been banking at this branch for 15 years with our personal accounts and two business accounts. The staff have extremely welcoming, positive, and helpful every single visit. They instantly know us by name, even though we do much of our banking online anymore. They have never once given us a reason to look elsewhere for banking. I'm glad we have them in the community.
I wanted to open an account after getting a mailing regarding opening a $25,000 account to receive a perk. Unfortunately, I was unable to do this, trying TWICE during business hours. Both times I was told there was nobody available to help me (even though several staff people were standing/walking around). One time I was alarmed that the only cashier was a strange person who yelled loudly at customers and my impression was that he/she showed a most unprofessional attitude. The customer service at this branch is beyond extraordinary. The kindness and concern they show my Dad is amazing. They all know him by name. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you all so much.
