I am a new customer with US Bank. I can say with 1,000% certainty that this is THE worst banking experience that I have ever had with any bank. First we started off with not getting the debit cards for my 2 accounts for almost two weeks. Then when I did get the cards, trying to activate them, the numbers were wrong in the app. After 2 days of trying to get that figured out, we got that fixed. Let me start by saying I have been with US Bank for over 25 years, and for the most part have had very little to no issues. That said my recent experience has me considering leaving them and moving on to a more customer friendly and modern banking capability.
