I am a new customer with US Bank. I can say with 1,000% certainty that this is THE worst banking experience that I have ever had with any bank. First we started off with not getting the debit cards for my 2 accounts for almost two weeks. Let me start by saying I have been with US Bank for over 25 years, and for the most part have had very little to no issues. That said my recent experience has me considering leaving them and moving on to a more customer friendly and modern banking capability. I attempted to transfer funds from my US Bank account to another bank on the 30th of August (well before close of business for the day) and because of the holiday nothing we even initiated until today 3 September and it would not go through until at least the 5th. I really love Us bank they are really friendly, and the services are awesome. I'm not saying that there were not a few issues in the past, but they did work them out and are really a great bank.
