Worst branch I have been to. They aren’t friendly or helpful
Very disappointed.The mobile app was awful. Sometimes worked sometimes didnt. The 1 800 number is a joke. I think the shortest amount of time was 3 hours. I want to talk to a person at a bank not have to go thru this. A person trying to deposit 20.00 in my account couldn't. They are depositing ughhhh. The icing on the cake was when THE BANK made a paperwork error on an IRA. We noticed it when came to do taxes. Corporate would do NOTHING to correct the error. I have already pulled ALL money out.
