Banking hours are 9:30-4 closed for lunch they need to be open at lunch and open until 5. Like all banks.
They took my S.S & SSI from the Federal Gov. in July, and I haven't received ANYTHING!!!
I went to open a bank account and I was looked at like I was going to rob the place they took my ten thousand dollar check told me I had to wait 7days...on the 7th day I was told to wait another 2days when I went to draw out some money they said they closed my account I asked for my check back and I was told that they were sending it back to me general mail I stated that I had it delivered overnight fed-ex I had to wait for it..long story shirt it took I waited a month to get my check cash.

Excellent service, very attentive, and always friendly. Also the manager Joel is dashingly handsome. 10/10 of dentists would recommend US Bank Willows.
