From all the times I've come to this branch, it's always been a pleasant experience. I worked with Ivan the past couple times I've visited, and he's always been great. Transactions were seamless, and quick. Even wished me an early happy birthday couple days before my actual birthday haha.
I have been banking with US Bank for over 10 years at this location and I have been super happy and here is why- Vanessa- the bank manager!! She is amazing. She is: incredible with follow through, follow up, professional, super friendly, knowledgeable great with suggestions and offering other products to support my business growth. If you don't have a personal banker- I highly suggest you chose Vanessa as yours!
